• Chopped Salad with artisan romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, blue cheese, red onions, and balsamic vinaigrette

• Salad Bar with mixed greens, assorted dressings, herb croutons, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, beets, feta cheese, and carrots

• Smoked Salmon Platter with hard-boiled eggs, capers, red onions, cream cheese, lemon, bagel chips, and Lavash

• Seafood Station with oysters, poached shrimp, lemons, hot sauce, horseradish, cocktail sauce, remoulade, and crackers Hot selections will include:

• Bacon and sausage patties • French toast with blueberries and warm syrup

• Eggs Benedict • Roast turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy • Cornbread sausage stuffing and roasted sweet potatoes

• Roast pit ham with pineapple sauce • Salmon Florentine with creamed spinach and hollandaise

• Carving Station featuring prime rib with au jus, horseradish cream, and silver dollar rolls
